Roborock Lawn Mower Limited Warranty Policy
This Limited Warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship of the product and its components when used under normal and ordinary conditions.
Subject to these terms and conditions, Roborock warrants that this new Roborock robotic lawn mower is free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period (defined below). Roborock, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace, free of charge, any product or component covered by this Limited Warranty if the defect can be proven to have occurred within the warranty period and the claim is made during the warranty period. In addition to the rights stipulated in this limited warranty, Roborock will also provide free replacement and repair services if the product itself is defective.
Warranty Coverage
The applicable Limited Warranty Period for the Limited Warranty commences on the date of the original purchase of the Product from either of Roborock, Roborock's authorized reseller, Roborock’s authorized distributor, or an authorized Dealer (each a “Roborock Dealer” or collectively the “Roborock Dealers”) or the date it was activated (the later date prevails).

Roborock reserves the right to make changes to its products or warranty coverage at any time without incurring any obligations with respect to previously sold products.
Product accessories warranty
The warranty period for the following product accessories — Garage, 4G and Anti-Theft Module, RTK Wall Mount Kit, Adaptor for RTK, Rough Terrain Wheels, RTK Extension Cable, Extension Cable for Battery Charger, and PreciEdge Module — is two years. Blades are excluded from this warranty.
The warranty does not apply to the following cases:
- Defects resulting from use or maintenance that does not comply with the user manual or specified operating conditions.
- Collision, fire damage, water damage, chemical damage, use of the Product outside of the Product's working temperature range, high-pressure water spray, earthquake, dropping, loading with excessive weights, or damage caused by animal gnawing.
- Unauthorized modification or repair of the Product.
- Product packaging, consumables, and decorative accessories.
- Use of the Product not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Defects caused by service or repair work not performed by Roborock or an authorized Roborock dealer.
- Altered, removed, or illegible model numbers, serial numbers, or product labels.
- Freight and handling charges for service parts are not included in the warranty.
- Renting the device to others or applying the device to commercial use.
- Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, and broken plastic.
- Use of the Product with non-official accessories or spare parts not provided or authorized by Roborock.
- Products that are lost or stolen after purchase.
Roborock reserves the right to deactivate the Product in cases of any suspected fraud or if the Product is counterfeit, stolen or lost during shipment.
How to claim warranty:
If you have ordered the product from a local dealer, please contact the local dealer with proof of the product's serial number and warranty status within roborock app. The original purchase receipt is also strongly recommended as proof of ownership and the date of purchase. A local dealer is a dealer or sales partner located in the country where you purchased the product. They will inform you of the next steps.

To contact the customer service team, please have a valid proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) showing the purchase date and product serial number.
In the event of a warranty claim, Roborock proceeds as follows:
Upon receipt of your claim and activation date of the product, authorized Roborock service representative will check whether the mower is under the warranty. They will help to carry out a preliminary fault diagnosis and provide you with solutions. If the fault cannot be rectified remotely, you may be asked to send the product to a designated service station/centre. In this case, Roborock or authorized Roborock service station will repair, or replace the defective part free of charge, or replace the product.
If you need to ship your product to the designated service station/centre to get the repair service, roborock will cover the shipping cost if the parts are under warranty. Please note that the product must be shipped in its original carton and packaging material, or in equivalent protective packaging material. Roborock is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging during transportation.
No Other Warranties:
THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HERE ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY ROBOROCK IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT. ROBOROCK DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR USAGE IN TRADE.
As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of express or implied warranties, the above exclusion may not apply to you. In that event, such warranties apply only to the extent and for such duration as required by law and are limited in duration to the warranty period. As some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, the above limitation on duration may not apply to you.

Use of Personal Contact Information
If you obtain service under this warranty, you authorize Roborock and its authorized service provider to store, use and process information about your warranty service and your contact information, including name, phone number, address, and e-mail address. Roborock may use this information to perform service under this warranty. Roborock may also contact you to inquire about your satisfaction with our warranty service or to notify you about any product recalls or safety issues. In accomplishing these purposes, you authorize Roborock to transfer your information to any country where Roborock does business and to provide it to entities acting on Roborock’s behalf. Important Liability Limitations:
Roborock and its affiliated parties ("Roborock Parties") disclaim all obligations and liabilities not expressly authorized by them in writing concerning the product, its parts, accessories, service, repair, or this limited warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roborock Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or property damage—arising from any product defect, service, or repair, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Roborock Parties' total aggregate liability for any and all claims is limited solely to, at Roborock's exclusive discretion, the repair or replacement of the defective product.
Furthermore, Roborock Parties assume no liability for the conduct, actions, or negligence of any dealers, distributors, or third parties involved in the distribution or servicing of the product. The warranties contained herein are the sole and exclusive warranties provided by Roborock, superseding any representations made by unauthorized third parties.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law:
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of your country/region, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction. We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of your country/region, which means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these Conditions of Use in your country/region or in the EU country in which you live.
Severability:
If a court or arbitrator holds that any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, that decision will not affect the rest of our agreement. We both agree to work together in good faith to replace the invalid part with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to our original business purpose. If we cannot agree, the arbitrator will have the authority to make the necessary changes to preserve our original deal.
Your Rights And This Warranty
This Limited Warranty Policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with Roborock.
